During law school, I consumed many of Trader Joes’s frozen meals. Initially, I thought they were amazing, but, recently, I have been underwhelmed. Why is this? Has Trader Joes’s quality decreased? Has my palate simply evolved? We may never answer these questions. However, one thing is certain: I believe I can outcook Trader Joes.
